1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the website www.vipox.ba. In addition to cookies, on certain parts of the website we also use the browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember your choice and to run auxiliary functions. For simplicity, both technologies are jointly referred to below as “cookies”.

Some data collected through cookies (e.g. IP address) may be considered personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of BiH”, No. 12/25), and the provisions of that Act on transparent information and, where relevant, on consent as the legal basis for processing apply to them.

2. Which cookies we use

Necessary (no consent required)

Required for the basic operation of the website and for functions you actively request yourself; they cannot be switched off.

Note on the chat assistant: the chat assistant on our website runs entirely locally, in your browser. The content of the conversation is not sent to our servers or to any third party; it remains stored exclusively in the browser on your device. The vx-chat cookie serves solely so that, if you return to the website within 7 days, the conversation continues where you left off.

Analytics (with your consent)

Set only when you choose “Accept all” or enable them separately via the cookie management tool.

Third-party cookies

The Contact page displays a Google Maps map. Google Maps is provided by Google LLC and may set its own cookies, in accordance with Google's privacy policy. If you do not allow these cookies, the map will not be displayed, but you will still have access to the contact details of Vipox d.o.o. Sarajevo in text form.

A detailed technical list of all cookies is kept and updated in the internal record of processing activities; the tables above reflect the state as at the date of the last update of this Policy.

3. Legal basis

We use necessary cookies on the basis of our legitimate interest in the proper and secure operation of the website.

We use analytics cookies and third-party cookies exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give via the cookie management tool.

4. How to manage cookies

Using the cookie management tool on your first visit to the website, you can choose “Accept all”, “Only necessary”, or select yourself which categories you wish to allow.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie management button available on the website, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You can also block or delete cookies yourself at any time in the settings of your browser (Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.). Please note that blocking necessary cookies may prevent certain parts of the website from working properly. After deleting cookies, the cookie management tool will be shown to you again on your next visit.

5. Third parties and data transfers

Google Analytics and Google Maps are services provided by Google LLC, headquartered in the United States of America. Data collected through the cookies of these services may be transferred to and processed on servers outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, a recognised mechanism ensuring an adequate level of personal data protection for such transfers.
