A distinguished insurance and risk-management expert with more than 25 years of experience across the Balkans and Central and Eastern European markets. A pioneer of the brokerage industry in BiH — the country’s first licensed insurance broker and instrumental in bringing AON to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Specialised in structuring complex insurance and reinsurance programmes and in strategic advisory for large corporations. Also active in investment and M&A projects (healthcare, insurance, real estate — Croatia and Slovakia). Holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Management (Matej Bel University, Banská Bystrica, Slovakia).

An experienced investor with many years of international experience in venture capital and private equity, with strong expertise in corporate finance, valuations and complex investment transactions. He was a partner at Penta Investments, responsible for all of the Group’s investments in the healthcare sector (health insurance, pharmacy chains, hospitals and polyclinics, laboratory diagnostics). After leaving Penta (2021) he founded the investment group HardWood Investments through the family holding Geomatix; its projects include the VetCare veterinary clinic network, sold in 2024 to the AniCura group (part of the global system owned by the Mars family). He actively invests in buyout transactions in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Croatia. Holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance (Matej Bel University, Banská Bystrica, Slovakia).

Anes Teskeredžić has been part of the VIPOX team since 2017, rising from business development manager to executive director; since December 2025 he has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Before VIPOX he gained extensive experience in the automotive industry in senior management positions (Kia Motors Adria Group, ASA PVA, HAAK-TRANS). He has been a licensed broker since 2018.

Elvira Bublin has 11 years of experience in insurance, with a focus on non-life insurance, risk management, underwriting and work with corporate clients. She built her career through senior positions at Vienna Insurance (VIG) and Uniqa Insurance before joining VIPOX in March 2025. She has been a licensed broker since July 2025.

Ognjen Aleksić has more than 20 years of experience in insurance, finance and brokerage in the region, with a background in managing sales networks, bancassurance and the insurance of infrastructure projects. At VIPOX he leads business development and the strengthening of the market position in Republika Srpska. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and is a licensed insurance broker and agent.

Adela Begić has been part of the VIPOX team since 6 April 2026, with experience in insurance and a particular focus on health insurance. She built her professional experience in the claims department of UNIQA Insurance from 2015 to 2026, and before that was part of the Raiffeisen Leasing team from 2004 to 2014.

Admir Ćenanović has more than ten years of work experience, primarily in the insurance sector, with a strong foundation in technical and administrative tasks. He works at VIPOX as an administrative associate; previously he was engaged at Premium Insurance as a claims adjuster and at ASA Insurance as a vehicle registration associate. Through his work to date he has developed a high level of accuracy, organisation and professional communication with clients.
