This website (vipox.ba) is maintained by VIPOX brokersko društvo u osiguranju d.o.o., Čekaluša 52, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Tax ID (JIB) 4201086570009, registration No. (MBS) 65-01-0168-11 — a registered insurance brokerage company supervised by the Insurance Supervision Agency of the Federation of BiH (activity code 66.22). By accessing and using the site you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Informational nature of the content

The content on the site is informational in nature and does not constitute a binding offer, nor legal, financial or tax advice. The specific terms of cover, rights and obligations arise solely from the insurance policy and the terms of the selected insurer and the applicable regulations.

3. Insurance brokerage

VIPOX is a registered insurance brokerage company and AON's partner for BiH. We provide brokerage services in accordance with the concluded agreements and the applicable laws on insurance brokerage in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

4. Use of the site

• You use the site to obtain information, to contact us and to submit enquiries.
• Unauthorised data scraping, misuse, disruption of operations or attempts at unauthorised access to systems are prohibited.
• The data you enter (forms, chat) should be accurate; the user is responsible for its accuracy.

All content on the site — texts, logo, visual identity and design — is the property of VIPOX d.o.o. or is used with the permission of the rights holder. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written consent is not permitted.

7. Forms and communication

Submitting an enquiry via the forms does not constitute the conclusion of an insurance or brokerage agreement. Based on your enquiry, we will get back to you with a quote or additional information. The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice.

We provide the site „as is". Although we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant its completeness or the uninterrupted availability of the site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Sarajevo.
